This is how bad it was: the Maintenance Manager literally refused to take calls for clients that needed maintenance in their homes.
Staff is overworked all the time - we were told not to do overtime, but yet ask you to do more than an 8 hr day can fit. This is one of the WORST companies you could work for. Fkh and it’s affiliateds are not responsible for my actions. I was not payed or ask to summit this review. But I am only speaking from the Charlotte market I never leave the state so I don’t know much about other regions.ītw I was just playing around on the internet and googled my company. Just one of the many things Fkh has done for its employees. Top golf was one of our celebration gatherings and it was pretty cool to socialize with coworkers and have some fun. Granted COVID put a stop to everything but as we all open back up. The gatherings of company functions are always fun and entertaining. Their ac,etc….Even my coworkers are happy with Firstkey. It makes me feel good knowing that I have made a family’s day just a lil better by repairing their frig or fixing I take great pride in my resident experience. I am truly blessed to work for such a great company. I have work here for 3 yrs and I have been treated with kindness, respect, thanked and honored,I am even a trainer for onboard it new employees. Shower, do emails, job notes, finish inspection reports by 1:30 am. Work for n the field till 5:45- get home. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Expect to be yelled at, ridiculed, made fun of publicly, and treated work than a piece of dog 💩. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? They’re trying to get me to quit because they don’t want to train or treat me properly. Management is currently freezing me out tell my co workers to not speak to me. I went from being a golden employee to be the red headed monster. I have always been told if you have a question just ask but then when I ask I get yelled at because “you’ve already been taught that”. Training virtually is fantastic however there was no real on the job training just following someone who was grouchy you were there, and half showed you what she did on 1/5 things.
I e been screamed at like a bad dog (for 30+ minutes- more than once). What is the most stressful part about working at the company?ĭirect management is beyond horrible. Upper level management has a great sense of balance and the way a company should be run /employees treated. What is the best part of working at the company?
